Process Benchmarking
Companies worldwide, regardless of industry sector, manage a
range of processes that dictate the final cost, quality and performance of the
product or service they deliver.
Frequently, when reviewed across a number of sites/locations,
these processes are very comparable and suitable for Process Benchmarking -
i.e. comparing some key indicator of process performance across a number of
sites and using this information to help identify which site may be
underperforming.

Using IPMS, companies can
create their own Groups of similar assets (i.e. assets that have
similar characteristics) and then monitor the performance of each
asset against the average performance of all the assets within this
Group.
The Process Benchmarks can be calculations based
