Adding value to data from Building Management Systems

 

Meniscus have created and oBIX interface enabling us to connect to oBIX compliant Building Management Systems (BMS) in real time.

 

Now users can download any of the raw data from such BMS systems and then use the power of the calculation engine to combine the BMS data with any other weather, production or performance related data that you have and create the Key Performance metrics and benchmarks that make sense to your business.

 

All of this data can then readily be displayed in our standard Silverlight dashboard, or via our comprehensive web site. Using a client application running on your desktop, or using the web site, you can edit or create any calcualtion that you wish.

 

Using our comprehensive set of Silverlight Web Services, customers can also create their own dashboard solutions. The Silverlight Web Services make it possible to download the data structure and any of the raw of calculated data from our servers. This allows Meniscus to hendle the backend data processing whilst you can concentrate on the design of the front end user interface.
