Meniscus launch Performance Dashboard as part of their IPMS Service to help summarise the cost and performance of assets.

To help companies make more sense of their assets, Meniscus has launched a Performance Dashboard to condense key performance, quality and cost information into one easy to read page.

To see an example of the Performance Dashboard - click here

The Dashboard summarise data into 4 main sections:

  • Cost.
    • Bar chart of the difference between actual and target cost for key cost headings (Energy, Chemicals, Manpower, Maintenance etc) within this section for a quick visual understanding of the financial performance of the asset.
    • Table of information for each main cost heading and each sub cost heading including, actual cost, target cost and the difference. All data shown for the financial year to date.
    • Traffic lights indication if any of the sub cost headings have exceeded target in the current month.
    • Ability to drill down into the underlying data. If the parameter being drilled down into is a calculation then trends of all the data used in the calculation is also included.
  • Quality
    • Summarise Quality information and displays the number of breaches in the last week, month and this financial year.
    • Ability to drill down in the data to view trends along with teh high and low exception limits.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
    • Display a thermometer style graph for each KPI set up in the system. The green bar represents the actual performance over the  last 6 months and the yellow triangle represents the average performance of all assets having the same KPI.
    • Ability to drill down into data to view a trend of the KPI as well as trends of other parameters used to calculate the KPI.
  • Process
    • Display a traffic light for any parameter set up in the system as a Process control parameter where the value in the last selected date range exceeds the specified high/low limits.
    • Ability to view a trend of the data and a list of the exceptions.
