tool for modeling your data requirements.
Getting data into IPMS is easy and
a range of options are available to suite most requirements from manual to
automated data entry.
Manually collected data can be entered via hand held PDA,
directly into the web site or from pre-configured spreadsheets sent by e-mail.
Automatically collected data from SCADA or Building Management
Systems can be sent to the Meniscus FTP site or via email at any frequency
(typically daily or more frequently) and then validated and imported
automatically.
IPMS provides a number of ways
to monitor data and to receive e-mail alarms.
From the setting of high/low exception limits to more
sophisticated automated monitoring techniques such as SPC (Statistical Process
Control), IPMS delivers the flexibility to monitor key cost and performance
information quickly and easily.

parameter directly from the web site.
Within the web site Process Traffic Lights provide an easy
visual representation of potential cost, process or compliance issues.

and reporting features from web based graphs and trends to a broad variety of
pre-configured management reports, to quickly provide you with a better
understanding of your data.
Raw or processed data can be exported direct to Excel to allow
you to undertake your own analysis or using our IPMS Excel facility you can
import data direct into Excel without having to access the web site at all -
allowing you to create your own management reports and to update them with data
at the touch of a button.
Finally, IPMS provides the means
to highlight potential opportunities, to add graphs and comments, to
communicate these opportunities to others and to track their overall progress.
